Few Q & A
Pain management helps you regulate pain with medications, procedures, exercises and therapy. Pain management specialists may recommend one approach or a combination of several to prevent, reduce or relieve pain.

How much daily pain is normal?
Everyone suffers minor aches and pains occasionally. However, it is not normal to suffer daily pain. Fortunately, there are specialists dedicated to getting to the root of your discomfort so that you can truly heal rather than mask the pain.

What are the three types of pain management?
Of the many approaches, the most common types of pain management include chronic, interventional, alternative, and traditional pain management.

How to make the pain stop?
Key pain management strategies include: pain medicines. physical therapies (such as heat or cold packs, massage, hydrotherapy and exercise) psychological therapies (such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques and meditation)

Is pain is Curable?
Currently, there's no cure for chronic pain, other than to identify and treat its cause. For example, treating arthritis can sometimes stop joint pain. Many people with chronic pain don't know its cause and can't find a cure. They use a combination of medications, therapies and lifestyle changes to lessen their pain
